Position: Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and driven Sales Agents to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in driving sales and securing new subscriptions for our OTO Software Suite & Managed Website Solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, close sales, and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by securing new subscriptions for the OTO Software Suite & Managed Website Solution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our software solutions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in subscription-based software solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work remotely or in office.
