Kapp is a software company based in Kigali, Rwanda, specializing in business software solutions. Our flagship product, the OTO Software Suite, offers comprehensive POS, inventory management, and frontdesk room management solutions. We also provide website solutions and web hosting services.

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team full-time for a 4-month contract (renewable). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of boosting brand awareness and driving sales. As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Boost our social media presence through creative and engaging content.
  • Handle communications with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including online and offline methods.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to promote Kapp’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to represent Kapp.
  • Travel to different parts of the country as needed to engage with potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry and SaaS products is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Rwanda as required.
