Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and target new customer segments to drive subscription growth for the OTO Software Suite.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Track and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and digital advertising.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and other collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
